Warrant Amnesty Period April 22, 2024-May 6, 2024

The city of San Elizario Municipal Court is once again offering its warrant amnesty program from April 22, 2024 – May 6, 2024. Anyone with an active outstanding warrant through the court is encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to save money and get a fresh start. Anyone that comes to the municipal court to take care of their outstanding warrants will be given safe harbor.

During the amnesty program, all warrant fees will be removed when someone voluntarily contacts the court to pay in full.

Residents can take advantage of the program by visiting the court in person or by telephone. Contact the San Elizario Municipal Court at 915-302-2050 or email, or visit the court at 12004 Socorro Rd suite B for more information.

All payments made online will incur a 6.5% fee.
Partial payments will not clear your warrant.

You must appear in person at the Municipal Court to address your warrants if you cannot pay in full.
